HOW TO SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH YOUR BABY?

Quality time is time with your babies, doing what they like and giving them your attention. Spending time one-on-one with your child is very important.

As parent, remember that this matters and it affects the emotional and behavioural wellbeing.

We’d like to share with you some simple tips for spending this time with your baby:

Daily connection with your child.

Make every day special ritual for both of you. For example, reading a book or a story before bedtime

Always tell your baby that you love her. It is very important for them to feel your love.

Cook and eat together with your child. And chat meanwhile.

Encourage your baby’s positive behaviour

Let choose your baby the activity for both of you (baking, crafting etc.)

Play with your baby, even if you do not have time, find few minutes - this is important for your sweetie.

Laugh together with your baby. It improves the emotional health.

Take all technologies away, and listen and talk to your child. Just spend time with your little one. These are priceless moments.

The connection between you and your baby is important. It provides the support that your child needs. That time truly matters.
