Baby Strollers:

We accept returns of new, unused items that are returned to us within 30days of receipt. 

We only accept returns of items that have never been used. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, including the attached product tags, manuals, and original packaging. Please do not write on or alter the box.

All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

Please note that it may take 10 - 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund or store credit to be issued.

To request a return authorization and shipping label, please email us to with your order number and the reason for your return.

Bebizon covers the cost of outbound shipping to you on all items over $50. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of shipping errors or damaged products.

Bebizon reserves the right to reject return requests or returns of items that are in used condition or missing parts, including the original packaging.

If your item is not returned in the same condition and packaging in which you received it, please note that a restocking fee of 30% of the item value will be deducted from your refund, and may be subject to a store credit refund.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been used and that the packaging is in the same condition in which you received it.

When your return is approved, a refund can be processed to the original form of payment or to a Bebizon gift card. 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when Bebizon issues your refund. Please note that it can take several business days for your credit card company to process the funds to your account.

Baby Food (puree, porridge, snacks):

As parents, we would never want to get somebody's return especially if it is about baby food.

We store all products in the AC warehouse and pay attention to keeping them always fresh & the safety of your little ones is our priority.

That's why we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All Other Products:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will do return process easy for you.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
